Before kingdoms were named or fates were sealed, the Three Spheres of Power — Cosmic, Magic, and Destiny — collided. From their clash came the Nine Strands, each charged with shaping existence. To preserve balance, the strands chose their paths. One from each sphere would dissolve into all that is. One would retreat beyond the veil of reality. And one would bring power into physical form. But not all power waited. Creation and Destruction acted first. Before the others could intervene, they forged the Celestials. Fully formed beings born of ambition, made to shape the world to their will. Flawed, powerful, and unprepared, the Celestials left chaos in their wake. In response, Time and Elemental Magic chose a gentler path. They brought into being six immortal children. As each was born, Fate delivered his first prophecy. It foretold that these six would one day cause the lines of power to merge and reshape all that is to come. These representations of power were not made as rulers, but as infants. Raised to learn and grow, to one day stand for something better. And when they arrived, the earth responded. Power spread outward from each point of impact until it collided with the force of another. From those collisions, the First Kingdoms took shape. But prophecy does not pass without consequence. One among the six grew hungry for control. He began to search for ways to twist the prophecy to his own end. In secret, the Consilio Statera — the council formed to protect the balance — intervened. To stop him from interfering, they cast the daughter of Time into the mortal world. Her memories were erased. Her powers were sealed. She was forced to live and die across seven human lifetimes, unaware of what she was and who she would become. Now, the prophecy is stirring. And Katherine has been brought home.
